There ae some options Blue Cross has to help keep the costs lower and provide sufficient coverage where you live. You have the option of getting a Medicare Advantage plan known as a PPO. You still will get all the coverage of the regular plan and Medicare Part D within the network and will get partial payment when you go out of network. It will not be full coverage, but a partial amount will be paid for and that may be fine for your particular situation.
